Terms of Service for ClimaPura

Effective 2025. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the climapura.click website and related products and services offered by ClimaPura.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any offerings at climapura.click, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

2. Services

ClimaPura offers smart climate-control setup, maintenance, and support services (the “Services”). Scheduling is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. You may request a schedule change by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

If you cancel a Service more than 24 hours before the appointment, you will receive a full refund of the payment originally made, issued via the original payment method within 7 business days. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are not eligible for a refund due to resource allocation requirements.

3. Info Products

ClimaPura may offer digital guides, tutorials, and training materials related to smart climate-control (the “Info Products”). Upon purchase, you will receive access credentials or download links.

All Info Product sales are final. Once access credentials are issued or download links delivered, no refunds are available due to the immediate nature of digital delivery and potential unauthorized distribution.

4. Goods

ClimaPura sells smart climate-control devices and accessories (the “Goods”). All Goods are shipped to the shipping address you provide.

You may return Goods within 30 days of delivery if they are in original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please visit our contact form to obtain a return authorization. Approved returns will be accepted within 14 days after authorization.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Refunds for cancelled Services (with more than 24-hour notice) will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. No refunds for late cancellations (under 24 hours).

5.2 Info Products

No refunds are available once access is granted or content is downloaded, as per industry standards for digital offerings. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchase.

5.3 Goods

Once we receive returned Goods in original condition, we inspect them within 5 business days. Approved returns will result in a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. You may also choose store credit instead of a refund by indicating this preference in your return request.

6. Modifications

ClimaPura reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will post changes at climapura.click and update the effective date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
